For other discussion previews, use invented names only, up to 80 characters. Medicare has its own printed-field limits below. Do not upload power of attorney documents here.
Choosing Sign Medicare Scope of Appointment shares only the beneficiary name, phone number, address, signer capacity, representative name and relationship if applicable, and selected products with HIPAAtizer. Review those details and enter your own initials and signature there. Opening Step 2 or continuing to Step 3 does not send these details. Booking is a separate Google Calendar action.

Choose Google Meet, phone, or in person, then select an available time on Google Calendar. Appointments last one hour, Monday–Friday, 10 a.m.–2 p.m. Eastern.
Closed on federal holidays, their observed dates, and Holy Days of Obligation.
Your Medicare details and appointment-card entries are not sent to Google Calendar. Choose your meeting type again on the booking page and check for Google’s confirmation. After booking, return here to continue any available review steps. This website does not receive booking details from Google Calendar.
